The Prime minister in World War II who was very victorious. Part of Big Three.

Mussolini seizes power in Italy

1922

Mussolini would become Italy's fascist leader, who would rule similarly to Hitler and Stalin, minus the mass genocides. Mussolini hated women and attempted to rule while disposing of all of their rights.

Dawes Plan

1924

The US would help the Germans pay the French and British, who would then pay the United States back, with interest. The US would be making money from Germany's predicament.

German economic recovery

1924 - 1929

The massive recovery was led by the leadership of Hitler in Germany. Hitler took power in the times of depression, and was able to boost the economy through militarization, and spectacular leadership.

The ten year period after the Stock Market crash that led family's to economic failure across the United States, and the amount of people living in poverty spiked dramatically. Caused by the Stock Market, Bank failure, etc. it called for new economic laws and organizations, such as the FDIC for banking. Living in the world was a great challenge during the time.

Nazis became largest party in Reichstag

This meant that the Nazis, and Hitler almost had complete control over the German borders. There was little opposition.

Hitler is apointed chancellor

January 1933

This would give Hitler more power to rule Germany with.

Reichstag passes Enabling Act

March, 1933

This allowed Hitler to obtain complete dictatorial power in Germany.

Nuremburg Laws in Germany

1935

Beginning of the real anti-Semitism going on in the Nazi government, and showed how far they would go to deprive the minority of a good life, which is by stripping away the Jews rights in Germany.

Germany anounces rearment

March 1935

This would break the Treaty of Versailles. The Germans were not allowed to have a large military, but this would eventually get appeased.

This would be Italy's first try at Imperialism, and where they gain Hitler's support.

Germans invade Rhineland

March, 1936

The Germans were able to walk into the Rhineland unopposed, and take it over. The Germans would militarize the Rhineland, and use it for their benefit during the war.

Spain's civil war

July 1936

Civil unrest in Spain meant a government reform, and a new government would be established in Spain. The unrest led Spain to not be in WWII

Japan invades China

This leads to the Rome-Berlin Axis.

This is a step of Imperialism, granting Germany to be a more superpower nation.

Meant Soviets and Nazis would be neutral to each other, and they didn't have to worry about each other.

Germany invades Poland

September 1, 1939

This invasion would be a major cause to World War II. Hitler had been appeased for years, and he kept taking land he wasn't supposed to. But when he used Blitzkrieg to overthrow the Poles, France and Britain had had enough, and declared war.
