Will I be automatically charged again?
No. Unlike many online services, we will never automatically renew your plan. After you upgrade to a paid plan, you'll have access to that plan for one year. At the end of the year you'll be able to pay for Preceden again if want to continue using it. If you don't renew, you just won't be able to add new events until you do.
What is a history timeline?
History timelines can only contain events in the past (like a timeline about World War II). Normal timelines can contain events in the past, present, and future (like a timeline about a marketing campaign that begins in February 2021).
How does collaboration work?
Preceden's collaboration features let you can invite other people to edit specific timelines you've created at no cost to them. We also have team plans that let multiple people in an organization create and work on timelines together.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade to another plan at any time by just paying the difference in price between your current plan and the new plan.
How do refunds work?
