Grace Kelly was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Margaret and Jack Kelly
Grace acted in her first play at age 12
In 1947, Grace moves to New York City to attend the American Academy of Dramatic Arts.
In 1949, Grace graduated from college and landed her first part in a Broadway play called The Father.
Grace then turned to television, and appeared on many programs. Her television career led to her first big movie, Fourteen Hours.
By 1954, Grace was a major star.
