I think that in 2025 we will have more rigorous recruitment of special education educators.

I think that by 2030 students will take an active part in determining their IEP goals and the goals will focus on their life as adults. The students will figure out what they can and can't do, where they can and can't work and help them to understand that they do have a disability but knowing how to get it done with their disability.
