In order to know our client and give them the best possible campaign we began our secondary research looking into Cadburys previous Advertising and PR campaigns. We looked into Data Monitor and Open Athens as well as reading old Marketing and PR Weekly issue and of course Cadburys Facebook and Websites. We also created our company Blog and our Facebook and Twitter pages.

After looking through the brief in more detail we began to split it up within the agency so to focus on our own parts. We appointed ourselves with different questions to make sure all was covered and that the campaign would be completed to the clients standards. This included beginning both Advertising and PR Audits and the Market Research.

We started to create our questionnaires and in-depth interview questions to hand out to the public in order to find out more about the Fruit and Nut bar and the people that eat them.
01/03/2013 - 01/09/2013
After analyzing and compiling all our Primary Research we were finally in a position to start drawing and writing down our creative ideas for the Cadburys Fruit and Nut campaign. We began creating mood boards for inspiration and doing word association within our company to find out our own ideas and opinions. First drafts of the campaign were created in our AdPad.
01/10/2013 - 01/16/2013
After working through our creative ideas and whittling them down to what we thought was the right one for our client we began preparing our Advertising and PR strategys. This involved brainstorming between the group about which channels and publications to advertise with, which locations to have our PR activities in and characters to use in the adverts.
01/17/2013 - 01/23/2013
We began to pull together a final draft of the report, adding in the different sections from the different teams within our agency. It was all put into a word document, formatted and branded as presentation is key.
01/24/2013 - 01/30/2013
We finalised the Graded Unit by adding in all appendices a, double checked all formatting and branding and decided on the best way to present it to our clients. We then read through teh report and had a agency meeting to see how well we thought the planning stage had gone.
