Humans could now control their own food supply. This event was important now humans had a permanent location.

The wheel was an important invention because it allowed people to move and goods to be traded.

Civilization develops in Ancient Mesopotamia Between Tigris and Euphrates

Ancient Mesopotamia was located in the fertile crescent in the Middle East. The Tigris and Euphrates River provided freshwater and flooding for the fertile soil to be used for agriculture. It was also important for access to the sea to travel and trade with others.
