At this point the total people affected fron Listeriosis are eight over 4 years-time. Three of them died. The health officiers are still unweare of the common cause.

The South Carolina Department of Health & Environmental Control finds Listeria in two Blue Bell products.

The Health officials related the two Kansas cases of Listeriosis to Blue Bell products.

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) announces an outbreak of Listeriosis linked to Blue Bell ice cream

SECOND BLUE BELL RECALL

Blue Bell expands the recall to the ice-cream cups.

Blue Bell suspended operations at its Broken Arrow plant.

CDC expanded the outbreak case.

Incuding five Kansas cases of Listeriosis (with three deaths), three cases in Texas, one in Arizona and one in Oklahoma.

THIRD BLUE BELL RECALL: all products from all facilities were taken back form the market.

20 April 2015

Blue Bell signed agreements (Enforcement Agreement) with health officials in Oklahoma and Texas.

14 May 2015

The Agreement forced Blue Bell to inform the states whenever there a positive test result for Listeria would be found.
