Explaining obtaining this degree and delegating responsibilities to other siblings within my family and asking for their support is necessary for overcoming my own weaknesses. Conversing and networking with other individuals within the next six months, joining support group for nurses, and using their tips for success is necessary for me to overcome these professional weaknesses.
