Name for the Spring and Autumn Annals, supposedly edited by Confucius. The number of states in China goes up to about 250 at its maximum, then down again to a few dozen. Hegemons arrogate to themselves the traditional privileges of the Zhou King.

Qin Dynasty

Han Dynasty

206 BC - 220 AD

Started by Liu Bang and lasted for 400 years. Is considered to be one of the three golden ages in China's history.
