Deadlines for our Final Master Project
The group got together on Tuesday May 13 after class to discuss the marketing plan that is currently being worked on. We had to decide which way we were going with this. This is an assignment due for a class we had in Barcelona
We went over what we already have and appointed two people (Morela and Synnøve) to start putting the project together and shortening it.
We met again on May 15 to discuss what has been worked on already of the Operations plan and how we are going to keep it going. Fernando, Yutao and Simon volunteered to look over the Human Resource plan we already finished and make the appropriate changes following the feedback we received from our professor in Barcelona.
Angela and Andrea will be putting into words what was discussed about the operations plan this week.
We will be meeting the rest of the weeks on both Tuesday and Thursday after class at Fernando’s apartment. This is the time that works for everyone in the group. This week we will go over what is finished of the Operations plan and Fernando and Synnøve will put it together for Thursday. Our deadline for the OP is the 23, at Thursdays meeting everyone has to read it one last time and give their thoughts and inputs. The final changes will be made at this time.
We have decided to have a rough draft of the final paper done by Friday the 6th. This week we will be meeting on Tuesday and Wednesday after class. We will all work on putting the final paper together for the draft. It is only fair that all of us have an input on how the paper goes. These meetings are mainly to discuss any last minute ideas that can still be implemented in the project. Here is when we will decide what stays and what goes based on the word count expected from us, we want to have the final draft version ready before we start taking things out.
We have no set days for this week to meet except on Tuesday 10th. We will have a brief meeting in which all group members will have to bring a printed copy the draft version so that we can go through the whole project and discuss what should and should not be there. This week we will be dedicated to improving and discussing with our teachers what can and cannot be on the project. We would like to have meeting with the Operations, Financial and Marketing professors to have a better input. After this we will have other feedback to follow and improve.
The final version of the project is due on the 20th. We will be constantly going over the project this week. Not much can be planned until we discuss with the teachers what changes have to be made.
We chose May 30th to be our deadline for the financial plan. Yutao, Angela and Synnøve have put together a short version of the financials we have previously discussed, we will look over them. Simon, Andrea and Morela volunteered to put the financials together. Fernando and Angela are the ones with the most experience on this part so they will be overlooking the whole process. They will be the ones to finalize the version and bring it to our meeting on Thursday. We will again look over our final version of this plan and make any changes needed.
