I became somewhat panicked thinking we were going to have to reside in an apartment in which we couldn't open the windows for 10 months.

Inquired as to how much it would be and she said she would notify us by mail closer to the end of the lease what the monthly amount would be. My son wanted to retain the apartment because it was affordable to him and we did not want to incur the costs to move.

Informed Wendi that the hot water was not working in the apartment

My son and I called Wendi numerous times and went to the office numerous times. She acted like she didn't care and kept saying that they only had one maintenance man for the whole complex and that he also serviced another one of their properties. During this time, on one of my visits to Wendi's office to complain about the water, I asked her for her superior's contact information. She wrote a name and telephone number down on a post it note. The number was not an operative number. The heating problem was never fixed.
