The representatives of the 3 estates combined in together that brought laws to pass. The french social class structure system of three groups called estates. These included the religious people known as the first estate. Then included the the knights and lords which is known as the second estate. Then comes the workers, known as the third estate. These people were very poor and used.
Storming of the Bastile
The Bastille is a prison in the palace in which it's getting attacked due to the suffrage of people and the horrible conditions that were being taken place. On JUly 14, 1789, A mob storms the royal taking down the king. This date later on becomes French Independence Day and the beginning of the French Revolution.
Tennis Court Oath

This was proof to show that new people were in charge such as a promise of a new constitution. In order for this to take place there had to be a count of votes for it to happen.This lead to the 3rd estate declaring sovereignty power over france
The rise of Napoleon and Creation of an Empire

Napoleon had created his own emperor and decided to rule his army for protection. He was a french military hero who saw his chance to set up as the new government to continue to prove himself for consul for life. He creates the national bank of france that emphasized a balance budget to stabilize the economy and also created a free public education system.
The Reign of Terror
1793 - 1794
Throughout this time, the revolution becomes even more violent with a period marked by mass executions of "Enemies of the Revolution". Over 41,000 people were killed for suspicious of loyalty, often by the popular guillotine.
Napoleon's Empire Collapses
Napoleon surrendered giving up the French throne. Napoleon had a great desire to defeat Great Britain. Even though he had conquered most of Europe, He committed three mistakes that led to the collapse of his empire.
The Congress of Vienna
1814 - 1815
Their goal in doing this was to restore the Old Regime. Following Napoleon's defeat and the crumbling of the grand empire, European absolutist power met in Vienna, Austria to decide how to restore peace and order to Europe.
