SMART GOALS: Will use content-specific SMART goals for targeted instruction during Spring semester.

Examples: Based on goal of students passing the EOC and/or SBA where applicable.
11th mid-term data 60% Fs in writing. 67% of students will achieve a 70% or higher cumulative scores on writing assignments by the end of Term 4. Scores will go up each term (percentages to be decided by each teacher based on course).
100% of 11th grade students will be able to identify a theme in a text with 70% accuracy or better. 70% or more will be able to explain the significance of the theme.
100% of sophomores will be able to identify main idea in any text with 70% accuracy.
100% of freshman will be able to use the URACE strategy with 70% (score of 3/4) accuracy when answering a standardized question about a text.
