Electricity

600 BCE

The tweaking with electricity started back in 600BC with the studyy of static electricity. Then moving on to the 1600 when an english man by the name of William Gilbert who studied electricity and magnetism, distinguishing the lodestone effect from static electricity produced by rubbing amber. Afterwards passing on to Benjamin Franklin who conducted extensive research in electricity.
