Opening the KFC/Taco Bell Store

April 29, 2010 7:30 am - April 29, 2010 10:30 am

The day starts with the chicken cooks preparing the pressure ovens to cook chicken, while the people serving at the front of the store get the cash registers ready for money, and the Taco Bell, and KFC small meal friers prepare their stations for the day.

Final Check

April 29, 2010 10:30 am - April 29, 2010 11:00 am

The store goes a final check under the managers to make sure that everyone is ready.

The Store Closes

April 29, 2010 11:00 pm

The store is closed until tomorrow.

Down Time

Less customers are coming to the store so we can regroup, and prepare for the next rush.

The first down time

April 29, 2010 11:00 am - April 29, 2010 12:00 pm

The restaurant just opened at 11:00, and is waiting for the lunch rush.

The second down time

April 29, 2010 2:00 pm - April 29, 2010 3:00 pm

After the lunch rush, the pace of the day slows down a little bit, we regroup, and get ready for the dinner rush.

The Post Dinner Down Time

April 29, 2010 7:30pm - April 29, 2010 9:00pm

Things start to slow down again for the restaurant, and the staff members start to break down the Taco Bell/KFC stations.

Lunch Rush

The first rush beings where people come to the store to buy their lunches.

Dinner Rush (Semi)

The dinner rush starts to collect momentum, but still isn't actually the rush.

Dinner Rush (Full)

April 29, 2010 5:00 pm - April 29, 2010 7:30 pm

The dinner rush hits full stride, and the store is overwhelmed with orders.

The Infamous Munchies Rush

April 29, 2010 9:00pm - April 29, 2010 11:00pm

The influx of people who are looking for a late night snake to fulfill their cravings.
