Death of Julius Caesar

Julius Caesar was killed because people were afraid that he would become to much like an Emperor. In the end Rome became an Empire with multiple Emperors.

Augustus Caesar as the 1st Emperor

27 BC - 14 AD

Augustus Caesar became emperor after he had defeated Marc Antony and received the name "Caesar" from the Senate.

Death of Augustus

14 AD

Died without having an emperor to rule after him.

Death of Jesus

30 AD

Jesus died while being nailed on the cross.
