Battle of the Plains of Abraham
1759 September 13
Began in 1759. The battle of the plains of Abraham lasted 15 minutes. The battle was part of the Seven year war of when the British tried to take over all of Canada. It was caused by the British Force, Led by James Wolfe were attacking Quebec for the land. The British force won the fight but both commanding officers died in the war. The French couldn't recapture Quebec and they lost control over New France.

Description: The American Revolution was a war between Great Britain and America. They fought over the thirteen colonies. The Americans wanted to become independent and take the thirteen colonies for themselves.
1783 - 1784
Description: Loyalists migration were American colonists who stayed Loyal to the British Crown during the American war. They were opposed to the Patriots who supported the war. Mainly the loyalists came to nova Scotia, PEI, and Cape Breton.
