Ritual of the Golden Spike

12/21/1868 - 12/22/1868

Ritual of the Golden Spike : Invented by the Ordo Founder. Alleged to have been completed first in 1869 at the completion of the transcontinental railroad. By laying down railroad tracks or a road a ley line can be shifted by means of driving a specially prepared Golden Spike into the ground linking the seperate pieces. If successful the leylines which occur naturally will shift their way to follow the track or road and is alleged to create a new Wyrm's nest.

Preparation involves the Ritual Murder of a native american Shaman. The Ritual Sacrifice must be constrained and transfixed through the heart by a specially constructed Golden Spike which has been inscribed with Cthonic imagery at 6am on midwinter's night.

No one knows whether this is true as no one to this day has been able to reproduce the ritual and the rite is only alleged those few members of the faction who witnessed the event of the transcontinental railroad completion with the golden spike and say it did create a wyrm's nest on that spot and warp ley lines though no one knows the truth.
