lost copies of photos; parents upset and confused
students were unsure who had not had pictures taken; everything seemed very unorganized
multiple students' pictures still missing; sent an e-mail to Lifetouch that day and was told their equipment was glitching
see round 1
discovered 83 students still missing pictures only 12 days before the second publisher deadline for yearbook
almost missed the first deadline since Lifetouch had swept 10 pages out from under us
we WILL miss the deadline since Lifetouch has now swept 20 pages out from under us (not including the 10 from first quarter)
that leaves me less than a month to teach students how to use software, load photos, and edit them
a total of 58 pages that a very small group has to complete in a about 10 weeks (where it takes at least 3-4 weeks to learn the basics and the technology)
still had not heard anything or received a CD and I wanted to have time for students to add/edit names
12 days after quarter 1, so I had to do all team photo pages with the help of a few quarter 2 students who were just learning the technology
this leaves us with more yearbook pages incomplete and more work for a limited quarter 3 staff to do
