This timeline will help you manage your time will working on your project!
You should DEFINITELY be using this time to ORGANIZE your project if you have not done so already. Who are your contact people? When is this going to take place? What type of things do you need to make your project happen? Flyers? Video/picture camera? Building use form? Volunteers? Materials?
This is an EXCELLENT TIME to work on your project. Make good use of this extra time! How is that portfolio coming along?
At this time you should be writing your paper and putting your portfolio together: resume, letters of recommendation, job applications, transcripts, etc. Don't forget to proofread and edit as necessary! Ask a friend to help!
You must sign up for your presentation day on the calendar.
Any revisions to projects must been done by Friday, May 24 at 3pm.
Graduation Day! You made it!
If it has not happened, the action portion of your project should be happening NOW. Observing, interviewing, video taping, taking pictures, holding clinics, fundraisers, researching... CREATING YOUR FINAL PRODUCT.
You should ready to present your project at this time. Everything SHOULD BE DONE!
All grades, fines, cap and gown, miscellaneous things you have to get done to graduate should all be done by the end of the Friday, May 24.
