Schedule aptitude test and 1st interview.
Send thank you email to all that applied.

Wonderlic and 1st Interview

Have applicants take Wonderlic test.
Conduct 1st interview.

Narrow to 5 applicants

01/23/2013 - 01/30/2013

Determine the 5 best candidates based on the aptitude test, interview 1, and resume.
Schedule personality test, drug test, and interview 2.
Mail thank you letter to those that interviewed.

Personality test, Drug test, and 2nd Interview

01/30/2013 - 02/13/2013

Have candidates take personality test.
Conduct drug testing.
Conduct 2nd Interview.

Narrow to 2 candidates

02/13/2013 - 02/20/2013

Determine the 2 best candidates based on personality test, and interview 2.
Schedule HR skills test, interview 3, and lunch.
Call and mail thank you letters to those that interviewed.

HR skills test, 3rd Interview, and lunch

02/20/2013 - 03/06/2013

Have candidates take the HR skills test.
Conduct 3rd interview.
Conclude selection process with lunch.

Make final decision

Make final decision and notify both candidates by phone and with a letter.
