Schedule personality test, drug test, and interview 2.
Mail thank you letter to those that interviewed.
Have candidates take personality test.
Conduct drug testing.
Conduct 2nd Interview.
Determine the 2 best candidates based on personality test, and interview 2.
Schedule HR skills test, interview 3, and lunch.
Call and mail thank you letters to those that interviewed.
Have candidates take the HR skills test.
Conduct 3rd interview.
Conclude selection process with lunch.
Make final decision and notify both candidates by phone and with a letter.
