This is a TImeline for project planning of the Network Upgrade before March 2013.
Get network repaired so that we do not experience the issue we had last year with state testing
Contacted Ednetics, CDW, PC Mall, and Cerium requesting their assistance to do a network assessment and come back with repair options and costs.
Schedule for vendors to come down and assess our network issues.
Gather and go over any and all quotes and recommendations as provided by the vendors.
Present best option from vendor.
Start scheduling with the vendor the times for installation and repair of equipment.
Everything needs to be done by March 2013 in order to test and verify all is working before state testing starting March 25th.
If the board does not approve of original quote, then work with vendor to make appropriate changes as per recommendation by the board. Take back to board on January 14th.
