Focused Walkthroughs, Campus Visits within district, District and Region staff development classes, campus specific training as needed
Two teachers minimum.
Department heads and one other teacher will attend (minimum).

Meet with intra-district Principals, inter-district Principals, Secondary Education Director, Curriculum Coordinator, and Technology Director
Use data and projections to begin making adjustments to next year's plan.
