3 new office blocks, designed by Richard Seiffert were added to the Euston Sation. Accomodating new office spaces for Railway officials.

1994 - Privatisation

Euston Station was privatised by Railtrack plc.

2002 - Ownership Change

Network Rail took over the ownership of the Station after the failure of Railtrack plc.

2005 - First plan of Redevelopment

Network Rail announced aspirations in redeveloping Euston Station, removal of current station was considered. Subway link between Euston Square Tube station and Euston Railway Station.

2009 - Euston Plaza Refurbishment

2010 - Introduction to the High Speed 2

11th March, Euston Station redevelopment scheme was modified further, introducing new High Speed II railway.
