Tiffany Thompson alleges in her police report that, after a night out, Ezekiel Elliott picked her up by her neck and threw her around.
Alvarez Jackson attests in his affidavit that he stayed with Ezekiel Elliott and Tiffany Thompson at Elliott's apartment after arriving there around 2:00 pm from an earlier flight. They went to a bar for the evening and returned home. Alvarez stayed at the apartment for some time until 3:30 am when he left to go to another friend's house. He states at that time he did not witness any altercation between the two, nor did he see any evidence of injury, bruising or scrapes on Ms. Thompson.
Tiffany Thompson alleges in her police report that Ezekiel Elliott was throwing her around, choking her and smacking her face.
Alvarez Jackson attests in his affidavit that he returned back to Elliott's apartment at 11:30 am. He states when he arrived, both Elliott and Thompson were in a good mood, playing with Elliott's dogs. He was there throughout the day. He states that evening he and Elliott went to BBR without Thompson. They returned to the home at 3:00 am. Thompson and Elliott slept in the room while he slept on the couch, and he states he did not hear any type of fighting, yelling or abuse take place.
Matthew White attests in his affidavit that he was at the pool of Goodale Apartments with Tiffany Thompson, whom he is a co-worker of. He states he was in the immediate vicinity of Ms. Thompson during this time, and that Ms. Thompson was in "the equivalent of a bikini." He states at that time he did not observe any bruises, scrapes, cuts or other marks anywhere on her body, hands, neck, face, etc.
Alvarez Jackson attests that the three stayed at Elliott's home for most of the day. Thompson left at one point, and later on Elliott and Alvarez left to meet with some friends. Alvarez went back to the home, Ms. Thompson was already there. Elliott did not return until the following morning. Alvarez and Thompson talked and then went to sleep. Alvarez states at no point during the night did Thompson reference any physical altercations, nor did he see any bruises, cuts scrapes or other injuries.
Alvarez Jackson attests Elliott arrived to the home around 8:00-9:00 am, and he and Thompson spoke not far from Jackson's spot on the couch. He states they both retreated to the bedroom where they slept until 1:00 pm. Afterwards they hung around the house and had lunch together. Alvarez left to go out that evening, and the other two not accompany him. He arrived back around 3:00-4:00 am. Upon his arrival, the two were asleep and he did not hear any type of fighting, yelling or physical abuse.
Chiedu Bosah attests in his affidavit that he was with Ezekiel Elliot at 4th Street Bar and Grill where he was introduced to Tiffany Thompson. He states the three took a photo together, and at no time did he any noticeable bruises, cuts, or injuries on Tiffany's body and that everyone appeared to be getting along well.
Alvarez Jackson attests around 3:00 pm on this day, the three of them left for the mall and ate together at Genji. Thompson was dropped off at her place after. The men checked into Carriage House. They left for 4th Street Bar where Thompson met them. They retreated to Carriage House where they advised Thompson to stay since she was too intoxicated to drive. He states his room was across from theirs, and he did not hear or see any type of physical abuse, altercation or fighting.
Tiffany Thompson alleges in her police report that Ezekiel Elliott picked her up and threw her against a wall. She also states he grabbed her neck and choked her, then dragged her across the carpet, pulling her hair.
Alvarez Jackson attests that he stayed the day with Thompson and Elliott, and that Thompson wore a tank top and shorts. He stated during this time he did not observe any bruises on her body, leg, neck or hands.
Tiffany Thompson engages in a bar fight with another female. 4 witnesses (Aryin Mason, Kenny Alvarado, Kerry Cibulskas, Brian Keefe) all attest to seeing it occur. Mason attests to seeing the other woman slap Tiffany Thompson in the face, and pull her hair. Mason states she pulled Thompson away from the fight by her waist.
Tiffany Thompson texts Ezekiel Elliott "I'm sorry I just got my ass beat and don't wanna leave you," referring to her earlier bar fight.
Tiffany Thompson is waiting outside of Ezekiel Elliott's apartment. He and his friends arrive shortly thereafter. Tiffany Thompson begins yelling at Elliott, who is in the passenger seat of one of the vehicles. She alleges he yanked her out of her car, however 5 witnesses - including Thompson's friend - corroborate that this did not occur. All witnesses involved (Moazampour, Minney, Mason, Sandbothe, Jackson). Almost all attest to overhearing her yell to Elliott that she will ruin his career.
Tiffany Thompson files a police report alleging Domestic Violence against Ezekiel Elliott. No charges were filed by the police due to conflicting statements.
Tiffany Thompson texts her friend Aryin Mason. "If they ask he dragged me out of my car." "Just now?" "When we got here. Like we pulled up and he showed up then yanked me out if the police ask." "Do you want me to lie about what happened that night bc zekes lawyer is about to call me again. What him pulling you out the car by your wrist."
Tiffany Thompson posts photos of bruises on Instagram that she claims were a result of domestic abuse. One bruise is seen on her knuckle and appears to be from a punch thrown by her.
Ezekiel Elliott texts friend "She really getting famous off me it's a shame."
Police were dispatched to Elliott's house because he received "50-plus" phone calls from his ex-girlfriend between 2:39 a.m. and 10 a.m. She called from a blocked number and Elliott answered several times, he told police, informing Thompson she was not supposed to be calling him, per the report.
In addition, Elliott told police that Thompson hacked into his email account, found phone numbers and called them to leave "untruthful things that can hurt his image."
Thompson admitted to league investigators that she contacted women Elliott was "messing around" with.
Elliott files a police report against Thompson for harassment.
Columbus Police announced it would not press charges against Elliott.
"The League’s forensic experts also recovered evidence from Ms. Thompson’s phone that she had registered an email address titled, “ezekielelliott sex vids” during the month of August, 2016. In addition, a text message with her friend [name withheld by Yahoo] was recovered that showed them talking about their need to make more money and Ms. Thompson raised the idea of selling the sex tapes she had of herself and Mr. Elliott. Her friend [name withheld] said they should blackmail Mr. Elliott with them, they’d be “millionaires”. Ms. Thompson replied that she’d like to but was scared. When Ms. Thompson was asked about this by the League’s investigators, she stated that she did have sex tapes of her and Mr. Elliott on her phone and she did open the email account but she denied doing so to blackmail Mr. Elliott."
