When Constantan saw Jesus in battle and he won the battle. He freed Christianity. He made it the preferred region.

Great schism

1378 - 1417

When the church's split apart into different parts. Before there was just Roman Catholic.

Protestant Reformation

1517 - 1648

When Martin Luther wrote 95 fices on the church door. He started his own Catholic religion.

Church Councils

Council of Nicaea

325 ad

In the Council, they talked about the Christological issue of the divine nature of the God the Son and his relationship to God the Father. the construction of the first part of the Nicene Creed, establishing uniform observance of the date of Easter.

Council of Constantinople


The was the second ecumenical council was held in Constantinople. The Holy Spirt is consubstantial with the Father and the Son.

Council Ephesus


This is the third ecumenical council was held in Ephesus. They declared Mary as the Mother of God. They said in the council that Jesus is divine and human.

Council of Chalcedon


the fourth council of the Christian Church. it was attended by about 520 bishops. They talked about the unity of divine and human persons in Christ.

Council of Trent

1545 - 1563

There were 30 bishops in the first session. It took 18 years for the council of Trent to complete the council. They made it a more flexible region and all around the world.

First Vatican Council

1869 - 1870

Convened by Pope Pius IX in The Frist Vatican was the Pope. claims that all baptized persons belong to her was an issued, with invitations to the bishops of the Oriental Churches, to the Protestants and to the other non-Catholics.

Second Vatican Council

1962 - 1965

John XXIII was the Pope at the time of the Second Council. They changed a lot of the tradition in the church, for example, they change when the priest or bishop is rising the body of Jesus he is facing you.

He was the Pope from 590 AD till his death. Gregory was well educated and excelled in all his studies.
