getting the office and the office supplies. will need 2 desks, 2 landlines, filing cabinet , pens, paper, computers, printer, desk chairs, and signs for the door and sign outside. get the electric and heat on.

getting veterans to volunteer and do training

getting 15 veterans to train, training will consist of how to document the calls, and where the paper go to.

get cellphone plan with verzion to have 15 cellphones.

getting Fliers made up to hand out and business cards for the veterans to hand out with there numbers.

getting sponsors

go place to place like the VA, medical places like hospitals and Doctors, go to the social services to get them to by handing out fliers and sending veterans to call are peer group.

trying to get the military base to join and become a sponsor

January 9, 2017 - February 9, 2017

go to the head of the base to see if they can handout the cards and fliers.
see if there is a way that they can become a sponsor of the program veterans to veterans.
