Lucretia Mott dies. New York state grants school suffrage to women.

Susan B. Anthony and Elizabeth Cady Stanton help edit the first three volumes of the History of Woman Suffrage

Wyoming Becomes a U.S. State

National American Women's Suffrage Association is formed. Merged from the NWSA and AWSA

Susan B. Anthony becomes president of the NAWSA.
