Relocated to Seoul, Korea for the Accor Group where he developed a Modern French Bistro and launched Shune

2001 - 2005

Executive Chef at the Sofitel Hotel in Manila, Philippines. voted ‘Best Interactive Dining Experience’ in the Philippines

2006

Moved to South Africa and was appointed as Executive Chef of La Colombe

Won the Prudential Eat Out Chef of the Year and Restaurant of the Year award,

2008

Opened restaurant, The Test Kitchen located in The Old Biscuit Mill in Woodstock
