Executive Chef at the Sofitel Hotel in Manila, Philippines. voted ‘Best Interactive Dining Experience’ in the Philippines


Moved to South Africa and was appointed as Executive Chef of La Colombe

Won the Prudential Eat Out Chef of the Year and Restaurant of the Year award,


Opened restaurant, The Test Kitchen located in The Old Biscuit Mill in Woodstock

Won the Chef of the year Eat Out DSTV restaurant award and Eat out DSTV chef of the year
