PR will be done in and around the BID area to increase awareness of Swipii amongst the general public and also the businesses. BID Team and Enterprise Account Manager work together to establish a list of suitable businesses. Once the list is finalised, BID Team makes contact with each business regarding Swipii. Email newsletter and also drop in Swipii information packs.
A member of our Business Development Team will contact potential businesses from the agreed list to arrange appointments for our Business Sign-Up representative to ensure the most efficient process.
Our Business Sign-Up Team will approach all of the businesses on the agreed list (list agreed between BID Team and Enterprise Account Manager). BID Team will be updated by Enterprise Account Manager throughout the process.
A member of our Technical Support team will carry out an installation in each business which has signed up to Swipii. At each installation, all present staff will be fully trained and correspondence will be left as a reference as well as a Swipii goodie bag.
Digital marketing will be carried out to start building momentum for the launch. Google ads, targeted Facebook posts and other social media channels will be used to update communicate with businesses as they sign up as well as the public.
Before any further marketing and press, we allow for a dry run to test all technology to ensure equipment is running efficiently. Any issues which may arise will be resolved.
More PR will be done in the area with BID specific flyers as well as additional online promotion carried out by our marketing team.
