Paradigm2 is a market research and strategy focused start up focused on improving decision making for small/micro businesses. P2 offers a streamlined suite of low-cost, high-impact research modules that have been specifically designed for organizations that are at critical tipping points.
My research responsibilities include: cognitive interviewing, decision-making analysis and mapping, competitive analysis, price modeling, individual consultation, information structuring and mapping. Additionally, I am responsible for many operational functions including client management, project management, proposal and report writing, and new business development.
I served as the English Copy Editor for the leading online energy newspaper in Eastern Europe. Responsibilities included tracking the development of energy programs, projects, and policy. Editing articles and interviews on these three topic areas to effectively communicate complex material to a broad audience.

I conducted market research on four multi-national fast moving consumer goods companies. While working on these projects I also contributed to the development of three new market research methodologies: net-nography, qualitative community survey analysis, and visual media inquiry. I also led a research initiative for a new book focused on future trends in branding, marketing, and engagement strategy.
I consulted on strategy, business development, and communication for the Caribbean and Central America Team.
I researched, analyzed, and developed case studies on innovative social business models; I revised executive summaries of social entrepreneurs applying to become Ashoka Fellows; and I developed grant material.
I worked as a consultant for the School of Hotel Administration and the Pillsbury Institute for Hospitality Entrpreneurship.
I conducted research and reviewed material for the development of grants, course material, external communications, and internal strategy. I was particularly focused on developing new collaborations, curating and profiling cases of successful entrepreneurship, and identifying potentially disruptive industry trends.
