These delivery dates and timeframes are subject to MedRed's receipt of DVBIC Caregiver requirements and Walter Reed IT internal timelines. This timeline reflects Caregiver requirements as of 3/27/15.
The specification documents must received sign off by GDIT PM, Caregiver POC, and MedRed PM to ensure that all parties are in agreement on the updates that will be delivered
This activitiy will be completed as the forms are received from the Caregiver team and can be completed on a form by form basis. While this activity can by completed, to some dregree, in parallel with receipt of Caregiver requirements, it is contingent on receipt of final content requirements by 4/3/15.
MedRed will complete thorough quality assurance testing of the updated Caregiver content to ensure it meets the 4/3/15 specification documents as agreed to by the Caregiver/DVBIC system end users, GDIT, and MedRed.
MedRed will set up a test instance (Sandbox) environment so that the Caregiver team is able to review and test the updated Caregiver forms to ensure that they meet the previously specified content requirements. MedRed anticipates allocated approximately 6 weeks for this review.
At this point, MedRed will already have completed QA testing on the Caregiver forms in accordance with the previously received content requirements (4/3/15 spec. docs). This Caregiver form QA allows the Caregiver team to confirm that the forms are ready to go live. If there are any minor formatting adjustments or revisions, this testing period allows the Caregiver team to identify these items no later than 6/8/15 so that MedRed may update the content accordingly.
If there are any inconsistencies between the previously received Caregiver content specifications and the delivered content identified by the Caregiver team during their review, MedRed will work to complete final content revisions accordingly.
In order to adhere to the software deployment schedule, MedRed must receive final content approval from the Caregiver team by 6/12/15
MedRed will work with Walter Reed IT to deploy an new release of the TBI Toolbox with updated functionality and Caregiver content. This activity is contingent on Walter Reed IT timelines, but MedRed is proactively working with the on-site team to prepare for this deployment.
MedRed has completed customization of the following TBI Toolbox user documents to reflect Caregiver workflow and functionality priorities.
MedRed anticipates conducting 2 formal training sessions to accomodate user schedules and user types (administrator and standard). MedRed will also provide on-site, one-on-one, user training as needed after deployment of the updated system.
Caregiver team provides FINAL form changes and coding guidelines by 4/3/15.
Contingency: This item is dependent on the DVBIC Caregiver team.
