  1. Provide a one-time training session, by phone, to show the client how to use the CMS admin section of the site prior to release.
  2. Fix or repair faulty coding due to a Shepard Exposition Services programming error for (30 days) post taking the site live. (After 30 days our standard hourly rate will be quoted to repair any programming issues or website changes.)
  3. Keep a zipped copy of your original site on file as an archive if you ever need future access
