Filed my first VA claim for instability of the left knee associated with left knee tendonitis. I believe I was rated at 10%

left knee instability associated with left knee tendonitis (New) My claim was reduced to 10% because I was not told by the Embassy that I had a C&P exam and I never received a letter from VA. I contacted VA and was told I would have to go through the claim process. 30% I believe not sure

I feel on ice at work, I have been homebound since the fall with the same conditions I opened a claim on except the condition has worsen and the pain is severe and constant everyday 24/7. I'm on depression medication, nerve medication, Percocet
