Indo-Sri Lankan Peace Accord

Singned between Sri Lankan Gov. and India. DID NOT INCLUDE TAMIL PARTIES. Indian Peacekeeping forces arrived to oversee the voluntary disamrmament of the LTTE in 72 hours. Altough India trained them they did not know how many weapons supplied. LTTE used time to kill rivals. Govretialated, killing 40-60 thousand.
