Determine which pelican positions to include in the application
Determine what positions need to be hired "off cycle" from hiring plan in order to provide one month notice prior to start of work, i.e. Maintenance Supervisor if starting 4/2
Enough to plan resource needs
Pelicans including any remaining supervisor posts have one placement
Reference, background, etc.
Or only report to work on island?

Include paid back-up coverage for this season, and work around Pat's schedule for her to fill that role to assist in trainining
part time in February 8 hours a week, March 20 hours a week, April Fulltime?
Dates would be 4/2-11/2
Annaliese Reutemann - same rate, dates open based on database project otherwise would be 4/16-10/19.
