Plaintiff sends dec page from Security First. This is inconsistent with the insurance company named during the sales call. PTIC does not respond to Mr. or Mrs. Harrison. PTIC 's underwriting period closes and the policy is bound.

9/5/11: Home destroyed by fire

1/12/12: Claim denied & policy voided- no mention of missing documents


Denial limited to concerns regarding the in-ground swimming pool.


5/11/12: Complaint and discovery served to PTIC

7/2/12: PTIC serves Answer and Affirmative defenses


12/4/12: PTIC withdraws cause of action defense


1/24/13: Harrisons serve additional discovery


3/12/13: PTIC withdraws arson defense


7/2/13: PTIC serves first and only discovery to Harrisons


8/1/13: Harrisons serve trial discovery


8/2013: Harrisons respond to discovery and retreive photos from


Mrs. Harrison is able to login to and produce more than 600 photos of her family Some photos were not taken at the home but a majority depict the family and items loss or show the home condition or building components in the background.

8/7/13: Pursuant to 1st request, Harrisons produce appraisal from prior insurer


Inspection reports & appraisals were not requested when the examinations were requested. Mr. Harrisons office file include a 29 page document includes 7 pages at the end of the report of photos. Photos show the pool full of water. Plaintiffs timely listed document on exhibit list.

8/22/13: PTIC serves Motion to Continue Trial & Add Affirmative Defenses
