With everything in place, the systems & procedures will be tested. Basic training will be imparted to all the staff.

Offers will have to be given 1 month in advance. Only then will the staff arrive and will give us some time for training in August.
Will cover all procurement leading up to the opening of the hotel
Linen, crockery, cutlery, uniforms, food supplies, stationary etc.
All capital equipment - transformer, generator, AC units, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, pumps, STP
All aspects related to running the hotel to be covered in this including - procedures, softwares, systems etc.
Everything that needs to set to get the hotel running smoothly.
Figuring out the pricing and distribution of rooms & other services.
Sales Tax, Excise, Service Tax, Luxury tax, PF, ESI
Classification & any other registrations
Pollution, Electricity, Police etc.
